(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 24, the person who has received the license shall submit the prescribed royalty to the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 24, the person who has received the license shall submit the royalty as accepted by him to the Government of Nepal.
(3) The manner and time of payment of royalty shall be as prescribed by the Authority.
